- W2378699437 abstract "Objective:To observe the effect of pre-operative penehyclidine hydrochloride(penehyclidine) on parturient and fetus.Methods:60 cases of selective cesarean section parturient,ASAⅠ～Ⅱ,received musclular injection of penehyclidine 1 mg in pre-anesthesia.Before and after using drug,the indexes were observed as following:the mean arterial pressure,heart rate,the degree of visual simulation score dry mouth,the fetal heart rate changes,Apgar score of newborns at 1 min and 5 min.Results:There was significant differnce between before and after using drug in parturient saliva secretion(P0.01).Penehyclidine afftected soon,could inhibit the parturient sali-vary gland secretion,there was no significant difference at each time point in heart rate between before and after the drug using.Heart rate of parturient was steady and newborn at 1 min and 5 min Apgar score was 8 to 10.Conclusion:Penchyclidine is safe for cesarean section." @default.
