- W2378789322 abstract "Objective To investigate the occupational hazards for the lead-exposed workers in ZhouKou.Methods Determination of urinary lead was carried out for the lead-exposed workers for medical examination in zhoukou city center for disease control since 2008～2009.Results Urinary lead concentrations of 38 lead-exposed workers among the 202 were higher than that of the occupational exposure limit(0.43～0.57 μmol/ L);49 workers had both higher urinary lead(≥0.58 μmol/L),which belonged to light occupational lead poisoning.Lead workers engaged mainly in young adults 20 to 40 years.Symptoms of neurasthenic and digestive system were found among the lead-exposed workers.Conclusion Lead-exposure is proved to be occupationally hazardous for the workers.Effective preventive measures should be taken to prevent the attack of lead poisoning." @default.
