- W2378945970 abstract "Objective To observe the curative effects of 90 Sr/ 90 Y application in treating infant simple capillary hemangioma.Methods 120 cases of infant simple capillary hemangioma were treated with 90 Sr/ 90 Y applications.Results The curative effects after the first and second courses of treatment were 31.7% and 50.0% respectively.And the total effective rate was 92.5%.When the irradiation dosages were less than 5Gy,between 5.1～8Gy and between 8.1～10Gy,the curative rates were 60.0%,95.2% and 94.6% respectively.When the irradiation time was below 3 minutes,between 3.1～5minutes or over 5 minutes,the curative effects were 71.7%,98.3% and 100% respectively.When the areas of pathologic change were less than 2cm 2,between 2.1～5cm 2 or over 5cm 2,the curative rates were 100%,88.4% and 43.7% respectively.No moist dermatitis or pigmentation was found out after treatments.Conclusion The 90 Sr/ 90 Y application has proven to have high curative effects,without causing traumata,and can be used effectively to treat infant simple capillary hemangioma." @default.
