- W2379128318 abstract "Objective:To observe the effect of different traditional Chinese medicine on variation of S100B protein content in serum and brain tissue homogenate after cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR).Methods:40 cases of adult male rats were randomly divided into the sham-operated group(SO group),CPR group,Buyang Huanwu decoction group(BH group),Xinglou Chengqi decoction group(XC group) and Zhengan Xifeng decoction group(ZX group).CPR models of Asphyxia rats were established and S100B protein content in serum and brain tissue homogenate was detected by double-antibody sandwich ELISA immunoassay method 24 hours after CPR and different groups were compared.Results:Compared with the SO group.S100B protein content in serum and brain tissue homogenate in the CPR group and three medicine groups were significantly improved.Compared with the CPR group.S100B protein content in serum in three medicine groups was obviously decreased without statistic difference.Compared with the CPR group.S100B protein content in brain tissue homogenate in the BH group was significantly decreased and that in the XC and ZX group had no obvious difference.Among three medicine groups.S100B protein content in brain tissue homogenate in the BH group was significantly lower than that in the XC and ZX group.There was no obviously difference between the XC group and the ZX group.Conclusion:S100B potent can be used as a marker of brain damage after CPR.Three kinds of traditional Chinese medical therapies have some effects on brain protection after CPR,and the effect of Yiqi-huoxue-tongqiao-xifeng method is the best." @default.
