- W2379485656 abstract "On the basis of the theory of organizational conflicts, the causes, frequency, features and consequences of organizational conflicts as well as the controllable factors concerning organizational conflicts of enterprises in China are discussed by using the analysis of the statistical data of a questionnaire used in a sampling survey. According to the situation and specific property of the economic development in the primary period of socialism in China, the phenomena of the organizational conflicts inside the enterprises in the red, the enterprises that are breaking even and the profitable enterprises are analyzed and compared with each other. The basic law of the organizational conflicts is that they are bound up with the corresponding economic benefits of the enterprises. Moreover, the phenomena of the organizational conflicts among the state enterprises, the collective enterprises and the joint ventures(including ventures exclusively with foreign capital) are analyzed respectively and compared with each other. It is shown that the causes, frequency, features, consequences and the controllable factors of organizational conflicts are related to the ownership of the respective enterprises. Finally, some proposals are presented to take precautions against the negative or destructive organizational conflicts." @default.
