- W2379610053 abstract "Objective To compare the effects of target controlled infusion and intermittent infusion of sufentanyl on restlessness after isoflurane/sufentanil anaesthesia.Methods The 71 (ASA Ⅰ～Ⅱ) patients undergoing open abdominal procedures were randomly divided into two groups,the 36 patients in TCI group received sufentanil target controlled infusion with effect compartment concentration (Ce) 0.5～0.2ng/ml,At the time of extubation Ce target at 0.2ng/ml,however,the 35 patients in control group received isoflurane intravenous push,firstly with 0.3μg/kg loading dose followed by 5～15μg intermittently intravenous push during operation.Results There was no significant difference between two groups in the time of extubation and awaking.The cases higher than 5 degree of restlesness were significently less in TCI group(2/36)than those in control (8/35,P0.05).Implement of the patient by controlled analgesia was later in TCI group than that in control group[(222±32)min vs (66±45)min,P0.05].Conclusion During the anesthesia of isoflurane/sufentanil,the TCI of sufentanil Ce of 0.2ng/ml is suitabale for extubation.The restlessness and respiratory complications are decreased,which also can provide satisfactory early postoperative analgesia." @default.
