- W2379632647 abstract "Objective To explore the impacts of qianliehuoxue decoction on inflammatory factors in prostate tissue in rat model with autoimmune prostatitis(EAPAM).Methods 40 rats were selected from 60 male Wistar rats and were randomized into 4 group,named normal control group,model group,qianlietai tablet group and qianliehuoxue decoction group,10 rats in each group.The rest 20 rats were for the preparation of prostate tissue antigen.Except the rats in normal group,the rats in the other three groups were injected peritoneally subcutaneously in the abdomen on multiple sites with prostate tissue antigen(EAPAM)for modeling.3 days after immune modeling,except the rats in normal group,the rats in the rest three groups were administered with gastric perfusion with normal saline,qianlietai and qianliehuoxue decoction separately for 8 weeks.After sacrificed,the pathologic changes of prostatic tissue were observed under optical microscope in each group.The levels of interleukin 8(IL-8),interleukin 10(IL-10)and tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α)in prostatic tissue were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The expression level of TNF-α mRNA in prostatic tissue was detected by polymerase chain reaction(PCR).Results Compared with normal group,the expression levels of IL-8,IL-10,TNF-α and TNF-α mRNA in prostate tissue of model group increased apparently(P0.05).The expression levels of IL-8,IL-10,TNF-α and TNF-α mRNA in prostate tissue of qieliehuoxue decoction group decreased as compared with normal group(P0.05).Conclusion Qieliehuoxue decoction can alleviate apparently inflammatory reaction of model rat prostate gland by regulating local prostate immune condition." @default.
