- W2379663214 abstract "The technical process of nanometer Fe3O4 magnetic fluid was studied through chemical co-precipitation method.Examination and characterization of the obtained magnetic fluid were made using simple methods.Simple analyses of the affecting factors in the preparation of magnetic fluid were made and the optimal technology was obtained after the optimization of these factors by means of a L16(46) orthogonal test.The optimal technological conditions were obtained as follows:mechanical stirring and ultrasonic stirring were used in alternation and the deposit was aged for 30 min at 60 ℃ with pH in the range of 9～10,the concentration of Fe 0.1 mol/L,Fe2+/Fe3+=1:1,the amount of PEG4000 0.77 g(mFe3O4/mPEG4000=1:1),stirring rate 1000 r/min and the reaction temperature at 60 ℃.Investigation of the as-obtained particles by XRD indicated that the size of the product was 34.5 nm and the size of the suspended particles was found to be 20～40 nm by TEM." @default.
