- W2379695453 abstract "The content of saturated long chain fatty acid(C-(20:0),C-(22:0),C-(24:0)) of peanut oil is about 6%～7%.The foundation of the qualitative detection of peanut oil is that those fatty acids can't dissolve in cold ethanol.Experiments show that the turbidity temperature of fatty acids in 70% ethanol is different from different type peanut oil.The turbidity temperature of fatty acids of peanut oil blending other edible oils will decrease in 70% ethanol.Therefore,the qualitative detection method of peanut oil in this way is not scientific.Through gas chromatography we can get the composition of the fatty acid of peanut oil which is mixed with other kinds of oil,by contrast with the fatty acid composition of pure peanut oil and the mixed oils,what kind of oil is adulterated and its content can be determined on the certain degree." @default.
