- W2379957344 abstract "The drive control system is the operating core of the electric wheel trucks and changing mine road conditions put forward higher requirements for the control of the traction motor. The asynchronous motor physical model was built based on vehicle traction control. Vector control strategies based on rotor flux orientation and power outer loop is proposed. MATLAB / Simulink was used to finish the AC induction motor vector control algorithm modeling and simulation. According to the existing motor system,the hardware system used DSP and CPLD digital processor as the core and traction induction motor experimental platform was built. The motor in accelerated starting conditions and vehicle in speed reducer driving conditions were simulated. The results show that vector control based on the rotor field oriented can solve the problem of wheel traction motor in real-time control of the output torque in the dynamic process. Inverter using the control algorithm is able to adapt to the various changes of the load. This method has the advantages of fast response,strong robustness,good steady-state." @default.
