- W2380303378 abstract "A total of 40 female rabbits(initial body weight:1.7～1.9 kg) were randomly distributed to 4 groups.Beginning the first day and ending the fourth day,rabbits in groupⅠ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were injected daily in the abdominal region with a dosage of 75 mg/kg cyclophosphamide.At the same time,rabbits in group Ⅳ were injected with isodose normal saline.Then,rabbits in groupⅠand Ⅱ were received a dose of 1 mL/kg DBT or YPF respectively.WBC,RBC,HGB,and PLT in group Ⅰand Ⅱ were significantly enhanced than those of group Ⅲ.However,the hematology status of rabbits in group Ⅰand Ⅱ were not recuperated to normal level.Our results suggested that DBT can ameliorate hypocytosis status that induced by cyclophosphamide in rabbits." @default.
