- W2380331391 abstract "OBJECTIVE To develop a gas chromatographic method and determine the contents of the organic volatile solvents in zaleplon.METHODS Using a DB-624 capillary column and FID detector,the analysis was carried out at the split rate of 60∶1.In the determination of dichloromethane,N,N-dimethylformamide was used as the solvent with chloroform as the internal standard.The oven temperature was beginning from 40 ℃.After maintaining 15 min,the temperature was programmatically increased to 180 ℃ at the rate of 40 ℃ per min and maintained for 10 min.The injection port temperature was 180 ℃ and the detector temperature was 200 ℃.In the determination of N,N-dimethylformamide,dichloromethane was used as the solvent with toluene as the internal standard.The oven temperature was 85 ℃,the injection port temperature was 200 ℃ and the detector temperature was 200 ℃.RESULTS The linear range of dichloromethane and N,N-dimethylformamide were 15.02～150.2 mg·L~(-1) and 22.02～264.2 mg·L~(-1) respectively.The recovery of dichloromethane and N,N-dimethylformamide were 99.48%(RSD=0.9%) and 99.55%(RSD=2.7%)respectively.CONCLUSION This method can be used to determine the organic volatile solvents of dichloromethane and N,N-dimethylformamide in zaleplon." @default.
