- W2380389600 abstract "Objective To investigate the effect of X-ray radiation on the proliferation of lymphatic endothelial cells in vitro,and to provide a new prediction and evaluation index of clinical radiotherapy for cancer.Methods Lymphatic endothelial cells were cultured in vitro,and then different doses of 2.0,5.0,10.0 and 20.0 Gy of X-ray were given to irradiate on lymphatic endothelial cells.Changes of cycle and apoptosis of lymphatic cells were observed after radiation.Results Cells of G0/G1-phase decreased significantly after 24h radiation of 2.0～20.0 Gy,and there were significant differences to the control group(0 Gy)(P0.05).There was no obvious change in cells of S-phase.The number of G2/M-phase cells increased significantly with significant differences(P0.05).Conclusions X-ray plays an important role in induction of apoptosis of lymphatic endothelial cells." @default.
