- W2380539733 abstract "This paper applied the two phase diagrams of the melting point of CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 three-series and equal αAl2O3 and analyzed the relations between the composition and the ability of CaO-Al2O3 slag series cleaning agent reducing the oxide in the steel liquid.Seen from the aspect of thermodynamics,when the value ratio of CaO/Al2O3 is high(1.6～2.0),the αAl2O3 will be low(≤0.02),which is good for reducing the oxide in steel liquid;seen from the aspect of dynamics,when the CaO/Al2O3 is low(1.1～1.26),the melting point will be also low(1400℃),which is good for discharging the oxide in steel liquid.The optimization results of the composition of cleaning agent showed that the preferable value ratio of CaO/Al2O3 is 1.41～1.74,so as to keep the αAl2O3 at a low level(0.02～0.04),so does the melting poin(t1450℃).The industrial test showed that the optimized cleaning agent had obvious effect for cleaning steel liquid." @default.
