• W2380596781 abstract "With the rapid development of ocean development of shipping industry, ship hull corrosion has become an important problem which need to be solved. Ships based on the analysis of corrosion causes and characteristics,on the basis of on the ship hull is susceptible to corrosion in the seawater pipeline and the anticorrosion technology has carried on the experimental study of the cooler,the electroless plating method to study its anticorrosion technology. The experimental results show that the corrosion resistance and wear resistance good electroless Ni-P alloy in seawater pipeline protection has good corrosion resistance effects. For ship cooler anti-corrosion,the orthogonal experiment method was optimized a rapid chemical nickel plating process with high phosphorus content formula. The immersion test,salt fog test,corrosion medium calculating were carried. The results showed that the chemical coating has excellent corrosion resistance,high hardness and wear resistance,and they can be in steel,copper,stainless steel and other materials on the surface of plating. This is an effective method of ship protection cooler." @default.
