- W2380740084 abstract "A capillary electrophoresis with electrochemical detection method has been developed to determine cysteine and tyrosine in hair,and applied to evaluate hair damnification under UVB ultraviolet.The effects of potential applied to working electrode,concentration and pH value of the running buffer,separation voltage and injection time are investigated.There is an excellent linearity between peak current and analyte concentration in the range of 4.6×10-6 ~1.3×10-4 g·mL-1 and 8.6×10-7~2.8×10-5 g·mL-1 with the detection limits(S/N=3) of 2.3×10-6 g·mL-1 and 4.3×10-7 g·mL-1 for cysteine and tyrosine respectively.The relative standard deviations(RSD) of the peak current of cysteine and tyrosine are 0.20% and 0.62%(n=7) respectively.Recoveries for cysteinefor and tyrosine are 96.1% and 97.3% respectively.During 24 days irradiation,Cysteine and Tyrosin in hair are lost by 35.1% and 6.25%." @default.
