- W2380863457 abstract "A new reversed flow injection analysis coupling with spectrophotometry for simple,rapid and direct determination of trace amounts of zinc ion in seawater was proposed,which was based on the reaction of 1-(2-Pyridineazo)-2-naphthol(PAN) with zinc ion in the alkali medium to form ML2 chelate complex,and on the sensitization and stabilization in the presence of the Tween 80.Under the optimum conditions,the working curve from the real seawater can be replaced by artificial seawater.The linear range for zinc ion is 1～400 μg/L and the relative coefficient of the artificial seawate is 0.9977.The detection limit(3σ) is 0.8 g/L,and the recovery percentages range from 95.3% to 103.0 %.The relative standard deviation(RSD) is 0.43 % for 20 μg/L zinc ion added in seawater(n = 16).This method has strong anti-interference capability on the effect of salinity and salinity fluctuation among the range of 20.6‰ ～30.9 ‰ in seawater.The proposed method was applied successfully to the rapid and direct determination of zinc ion in seawater samples with satisfactory results." @default.
