- W2381069329 abstract "In this paper, five enzymes were used to hydrolyze beef placenta waste. According to the final hydrolysate, neutrase was the optimal enzyme at the following condition: temperature 40 ℃,pH 7.5,E/S 4000 u/g,material:water 1:3, hydrolysis time 4 h. Neutrase and trypsin were mixed to hydrolyze beef placenta waste. RSM analysis showed the optimal hydrolysis condition: temperature 46.4 ℃,pH 8.17,neutrase: trypsin 1:1 (total enzymes 4000 u/g), material:water 1:3. Amino acid analysis results showed that the amino acid in hydrolysate by mixed enzymes was 2483.6 mg/L, and that in hydrolysate by neutrase was 493.8 mg/L." @default.
