- W2381301033 abstract "Objective:To observe the analgesia effect of β-el-emene on mouse.Methods:ICR mice with 5～30 s pain threshold were randomized into 3 doses of β-el-emene groups(low,medium,and high doses),aspirin group,and control group(saline),10 in each.β-el-emene,aspirin,and saline were given of 0.2ml/10g via intraperitoneal injection twice a day for 7 days.The pain threshold was measured before and 30,60,90,and 120 min after treatment.Results:The pain threshold was increased in the high dose of β-el-emene group as compared with that in the control group,with a significant difference (P0.05～0.01).Conclusion:β-el-emene as a type of turmeric root tuber extraction has obvious analgesia effect in mouse." @default.
