- W2381340762 abstract "In order to study bacteriostatic spectrum of laurocapram,liquid culture medium specific dilution method was used to carry out laboratory observation on inhibiting effect on 47 strains of bacteria and 1 strain of Mycoplasma.Results: 40 μg/ml laurocapram had strong inhibitory effect on 25 strains of gram-positive(G~+) and gram-negative(G~-) vegetative forms of bacteria and also inhibitory effect on 5 strains of anaerobes such as Clostridium tetani and Mycoplasma.20 μg/ml laurocapram had strong inhibitory effect on 20 strains of G~+ and G~-bacilli such as Escherichia coli.Conlusion: 20～40 μg/ml laurocapram has inhibitory effect on some G~+ and G~-bacteria,some anaerobes and Mycoplasma,but had no inhibitory effect on 22 strains of G~-bacilli such as Eshcerichia coli." @default.
