- W2381520607 abstract "OBJECTIVE To observe the cricothyroid membrane puncture injection of dexamethasone, lidocaine treatment in patients with cough post infectious(CPI).METHODS 78 Patients with intractable CPI in my hospital, of which 41 cases of male, female 37 cases, age 23～56 years old, average 36.3 years old.Were started coughing after upper respiratory tract infection, there was itching throat,dry cough, no chills, fever.Without chronic bronchitis, COPD, bronchial asthma and gastroesophageal reflux disease, etc.X-ray normal, the normal routine inspection.Cricothyroid membrane puncture by the injection of dexamethasone 5 mg, 2% lidocaine 2m1, interval 1 second injection 2 days, 2 times for a course of treatment.RESULTS The first a course of treatment, cure rate of 64%.The end of course, 93.59% cure rate.CONCLUSIONS The cricothyroid membrane puncture by the injection of dexamethasone, lidocaine treatment inintractable CPI, simple, economic, easy to accept the sick, has a good therapeutic effect." @default.
