- W2381747146 abstract "A kind of high flow and high-toughened flame retardant ABS resin was prepared by means of melt extrusion. The effects of flame retardant,thermoplastic elastomer(SBS), chlorinated polyethylene(CPE), PVC and nano-meter SiO_2 on the mechanical properties and flame retardance of ABS resin were studied. The results showed ABS resin would have good flame retardance when the content of Br-Sb flame retardant was within the range of 13.5%～18%, but it at one time caused the impact strength of ABS resin fall markedly. The impact strength of ABS resin could be improved by the addition of SBS or CPE,PVC,or the mixtures of CPE and PVC to the flame retardant system. High flow and high-toughened flame retardant ABS resin could be prepared when CPE, PVC and nano-meter SiO_2 were added to the resin, and such a prepared resin had good flame retardance and mechanical properties." @default.
