- W2381966314 abstract "OBJECTIVE To Establish a HPLC method for the determination of the content of levofloxacin mesylate for injection.METHODS The HPLC system consisted of Elite Hypersil ODS2 column(5μm,4.6mm×200mm),acetonitrile-0.05mol·L-1 potasssium dihydrogen phosphate solution (pH2.2)-0.05mol·L-1 tebrabutyl ammonium bromide(116∶861∶23) as mobile phase with the flow rate of 1mL·min-1,and UV detector wavelength was 293nm,calculated with the external method.RESULTS Under the condition,there was a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 20μg·mL-1～200μg·mL-1(r=0.99998),the system precision(RSD=0.1% n=6) was good.CONCLUSIONS This method is simple,rapid,precise,and accurate,providing an effective way in quality control,and is suitable for the determination of the content of levofloxacin mesylate." @default.
