- W2382023503 abstract "Peribacteroid membranes of chinese soybean ( Glycine max L.cv. Harvest 11) root nodules were studied by freeze fracture replica electron microscopic method.We found that there are particles on the fracture faces of peribacteroid membranes,but particle density on P face and E face is different,the former is quite abundant,the latter is less.Even if they all are on P face or E face,their density is also not same in different bacteroids or different parts of a bacteroid.There is a space between a peribacteroid membrane and a bacteroid cell wall,the size of spaces is variable in different bacteroids or the different parts of a bacteroid.There are not only tubular and vesicular structure but sometimes also some similar host cytoplasm material in the spaces.Some semicircle or ridge protruberances of the appear on the surfaces of peribacteroid membranes,they may result from the pressure of the tubular and vesicular structure in the spaces on peribacteroid membranes.This paper discussed the cause of distinction of the particle density and the orgin of tubular and vesicular structure in spaces." @default.
