- W2382136133 abstract "Objective To study the mechanism of gossypol acetate inhibiting human urinary bladder cancer.Methods MTT assay was used to identify the effect of gossypol acetate on T 24 cells in vitro.T 24 cell apoptosis was detected by flow cytometry,light micrography.Results The IC 50 value of gossypol acetate for T 24 cells was found to be 126.3 μmol·L -1. The apoptotic cells were induced by gossypol acetate at the concentration of 50～300 μmol·L -1.Conclusion Gossypol acetate can inhibit human T 24 urinary bladder cancer cells and induce apoptosis at some concentrations.The induction of apoptosis is a very important mechanism of gossypol acetate in the treatment of urinary bladder cancer." @default.
