- W2382138837 abstract "Objective: To study the regulation effects of baical skullcap root extraction on abnormal lipids metabolism in plasma and lung of mice infected with respiratory syncytial virus(RSV). Methods: Mice received intranasal administration with RSV and gavage administration with baical skullcap root extraction. Blood and lung tissue were collected and used to test the lipidomics by using UPLC-LTQ/Orbitrap XL, in order to observe the changes of lipid metabolites before and after intervention, look for the potential biomarkers and discuss the functional channel of baical skullcap root extraction. Results: The blood and lung tissue of mice in control group, model group, ribavirin group and baical skullcap root group were separated evidently. There were 9 biomarkers associated with RSV in blood and 7 biomarkers associated with RSV in lung tissue, which mainly included acetyl glyceryl ether phosphatidylcholine(AGEPC), sphingomyelin and triglyceride. Intervention of baical skullcap root extraction could improve part of abnormal lipid metabolism significantly. Conclusion: Baical skullcap root extraction could relieve metabolic disorder of AGEPC, sphingomyelin and triglyceride effectively, and it shows that the anti-virus mechanism of baical skullcap root extraction might be related with regulation on these metabolic pathways." @default.
