- W2382145120 abstract "Objective: To assess the impact of acute normovolemic hemodilution(ANH) and acute hypervolemic hemodilution(AHH) on coagulation function,blood transfusion volume and 24-hour drainage volume during cardiac surgery using cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB).Methods: Forty ASA Ⅰor Ⅱpatients scheduled for CABG surgery were divided into two groups,ANH group(20 cases) and AHH group(20 cases).After induction patients' blood in ANH group was withdrawn from internal jugular vein and collected in standard blood bags containing anticoagulant and at the same time replaced with HES(equal volume).And the collected blood was infused to the patient before the surgery ended.During operation cell saver was used to retransfuse shed red blood cel1.At time point of induction ended immediately(T1),10 minutes after neutralization(T2) and surgery ended(T3) we performed the test as follow,gbACT,CR,PF,Hb,PLT count,PT,APTT,TT,Fib.The volume of blood transfusion and 24-hour drainage were recorded.Results: Hb in ANH group is less than that in AHH group at time point T2(P0.01),and there was no significant difference between the two groups in T1,T3 time point(P0.05).There was no significant difference in PLT count between the two groups at T1,T2 and T3(P0.05).PT value at time point T2,T3 in ANH group was higher than that in AHH group(P0.05);and no significant difference in APTT,TT,Fib between the two groups was observed at any time point(P0.05).There was no significant difference in gbACT,CR,FP between the two groups(P0.05).The average transfusion volume of red blood cell and plasma in ANH group was less than that in AHH group(P0.05).The drainage volume in ANH group was less than that in AHH(P0.05).Conclusion: ANH does not influence the coagulation function,and its consequent of decreasing the blood loss is better than AHH in operation." @default.
