- W2382420855 abstract "Objective To explore the compliance of patients with antihypertensive therapy(CPAT) and analyze its influence factors in rural areas.Methods TO interview patients in rural areas with special questionnaire.Results The ratio of good CPAT was 32.7%.The Logistic regression analysis results showed: age(OR=1.044,95%CI1.007～1.082),the kinds of taking medicine(OR=1.605,95%CI1.089～2.365),the number of taking medicine(OR=1.904,95%CI1.218～2.974),the costs for taking medicine(OR=1.201,95%CI 1.029～1.402)were associated with CPAT.There were no association between the sex,education,the years having been ill and CPAT.The multivariate Logistic regression analysis results showed: age(OR=1.042,95%CI1.003～1.082),the number of taking medicine(OR=1.932,95%CI1.203～3.074)were associated with CPAT.Conclusion The rate of good CPAT is low.The synthetic and effective measure of antihypertensive is mainly taken by patients in rural areas,which is helpful to improve the compliance of patients." @default.
