- W2382597218 abstract "Aim To develop a method for simultaneous determination of the three constituents of metronidazole,salycilic acid and chlormycetin in cuochuang liniment.Methods A RP-HPLC method was used.Chromatographic conditions included shim-pack CLC-ODS column,mobile phase consisting of methanol and water (50∶50) and detection wavelength at 280nm.Results The assays of the three constituents in cuochuang liniment were accomplished simultaneously. The calibration curves were linear in the range of 20.28～101.4μg·ml -1 (r=0.999 8) for metronidazole; 80.2～401μg·ml -1 (r=0.999 8) for salycilic acid;40～200μg·ml -1 (r=0.999 8) for chlormycetin.The average recovery rates of metronidazole,salycilic acid,chlormycetin were 96.05%(RSD=1.45%), 97.58%(RSD=0.98%) and 97.34%(RSD=1.20%),respectively.Conclusion The method was simple,quick and accurate for simultaneous determination of the three constituents in cuochuang liniment." @default.
