- W2382784812 abstract "Objective To analyze the relationship between skin lesion and serum CD4+ lymphocyte count of 239 HIV infected patients,and to explore their skin manifestation characteristics and their basic diseases.Methods HIV infected were divided into two groups: Group A,112 patients included,with skin manifestation;Group B,127 included,without skin manifestation,according to comparative study method.We investigated differences between the two groups of count of itching and the four kinds of skin lesions including skin rash,mucosal ulcer,aphthous stomatitis and herpes,compared the differences of the two groups in basic conditons and the relationship between the score of skin lesions and serum CD4+ lymphocyte count.Results The skin lesion incidence rate(including itching)of 239 HIV infections is 46.86%.In the group with skin lesion,the incidence rate of itching,skin rash,mucosal ulcer,aphthous stomatitis and herpes are 71.43%,43.75%,14.29%,11.61% and 10.71% respectively.Both A and B groups had higher incidence at the 30～39 age.There are differences in age.The level of serum CD4+ lymphocyte count in skin lesion group is lower than the other group without skin lesion significantly.There is no correlation between serum CD4+ lymphocyte count and the score of skin diseases.Conclusion Skin lesion is one of the complications in HIV infected patients,and the common symptoms and signs of the skin lesion are itching and skin rash.There is high incidence of skin lesion when serum CD4+ lymphocyte count is lower than 200/mm3,but there is no correlation between the severity of skin lesion and serum CD4+ lymphocyte count." @default.
