- W2382804997 abstract "The behavior and morphology of sex chromosomes pairing in spermatocytes of human in Chinese have been studied by surface spreading, silver staining TEM techniques. On the basis of the complicated morphological changes of the XY pairing, six morphological types of XY pairs were described. XY pairing is delayed until late zygotene early pachytene. During early pachytene 30%～50% Y axial is paired in SC association with X axial. In middle pachytene the length XY SC is shortened .The XY SC distintegrates at late pachytene early diplotene, unpaired X and Y axial cores happen avulsion many sections. In typeⅢ XY SC of spermatocytes, the association of the long arms terminal of X and Y formed the second association. The genetic homology of XY paiing is discussed in this paper." @default.
