- W2382835979 abstract "The effects of four different feeding frequencies(1,2,3 and 4 times per day) on the growth of Lateolabrax japonicus(85.95±2.04) g are studied in a growth test of 40d with the temperature of 26~30℃ and salinities of 26.0~27.0.The purpose is to determine the optimum feeding frequency and how the different feeding frequency affects the growth of Lateolabrax japonicus. In the experiment, the identical diet was given to the adult and larval Lateolabrax japonicus, and the results suggest that:(1) the effect of feeding frequency on the growth of Lateolabrax japonicus result from the increase of both food conversion efficiency and feeding rate.(2) the moisture and protein content of Lateolabrax japonicus do not vary with feeding frequency, but the fat and ash content of Lateolabrax japonicus decrease distinctly as the feeding frequency increases.(3) the optimal feeding frequency is related with Lateolabrax japonicus’ body weight, and two-times-per-day is found to be the most suitable for juvenile Lateolabrax japonicus." @default.
