- W2382891011 abstract "Objective Clinical observation of pressure sores on the use of biological fluids dressing + infrared irradiation Ⅰ～Ⅱ0 The clinical significance of biological fluids dressing on pressure ulcer treatment clinical significance.Methods 30 patients Ⅰ～Ⅱ°pressure ulcers were randomly divided into treatment group, 15 patients,control group, 15 patients. Dressing the use of biological fluid treatment group treatment, the control group using conventional methods of surgical treatment (iodine rubbed the wound and surrounding skin). Skin pressure sores were observed cure rate and cure time. Results The pressure sores were healing, the healing time (6.4±2.5)d, the control group 2 pressure sores did not heal the wound. Healing time (14.9±4.1)d. Treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion The application of biological fluid dressing and superficial treatment of pressure sores wound method is simple, can significantly shorten treatment time, with the restoration of the unique effect of superficial wounds, worthy of clinical use." @default.
