- W2383072023 abstract "Extraction and content comparison of chlorogenic acid in Arctium lappa L.leaves collected from different area were done as following methods:Arctium lappa L.leaves were extracted with 80% acidic enthanol(pH 2～3) and the extracts were concentrated under the vacuum conditions.The concentrated extracts were decolored with petroleum ether.Then chlorogenic acid was isolated and purified by means of polyamide column chromatography and silica gel thin-layer chromatography respectively.Determination of chlorogenic acid and content comparison of chlorogenic acid from different sources and the restraining bacteria test of purified chlorogenic acid was carried out.The results showed that the contents of chlorogenic acid shows difference in Arctium lappa L.leaves collected from different area.The content of Arctium lappa L.leaves growing naturally in Shaanxi was lowest and there was no distinct difference in that of leaves cultured in cultivated land and saline soil.The purified chlorogenic acid showed some restraining effects on bacteria tested such as Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus subtilis and Micrococcus luteus." @default.
