- W2383553476 abstract "In this paper we studied the conditions and properties of extracellular β-mannanase produced by Bacillus alkalophilic sp. NTT33.The optimal carbon and nitrogen sources of enzyme production are 1%locust bean gum,1%peptone+0.2%yeast extract,respectively.The optimal culturing time is 36h(up to 61.3u/ml).The enzyme production was strongly inhibited by glycerol,glucose,mannose,etal.The molecular weights and pI value of the pure β-mannanase were 38.9KD by SDS-PAGE and 3.0 by PAGEIEF,respectively.The optimal pH and temperiture for β-mannanase were 9.0～10.0 and 80℃.The enzyme showed a high stability below 60℃ and at pH6.0～8.0.The activity of the enzyme was enhanced by Cu 2+ ,Ba 2+ ,Mg 2+ ,Al 3+ ,Co 2+ and was inhibited by Ag +,Hg 2+ ,Mn 2+ ." @default.
