- W2383645667 abstract "The experiment was conducted with 20 rabbits to explore the general index changes in blood and urine in fluoroacetamide poisoning.20 rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups,5 in each.GroupⅠwas used as normal control,fluoroacetamide was administered orally with a single dose of 1.5 mg,2.0 mg and 10.0 mg per kg body weight in groupsⅡ,ⅢandⅣ,respectively.Blood samples of rabbits were col- lected to examine the number of erythrocytes and leucocytes,the content of hemoglobin (Hb).Urine sam- ples were collected from bladder to analyse the content of glucose,protein,hemoglobin,urobilinogen,ni- trite,ketone body,etc.The results indicated that the content of Hb and the number of RBC in poisoning groups were lower than that in normal control(P＜0.05),the number of neutrophil was relatively lower, while the number of total leucocytes was remarkable higher(P＜0.05)and the total number of lympho- cytes was higher.In poisoning groups the pH of urine were lowed( P＜0.05),meanwhile the content of glucose,protein,hemoglobin(P＜0.05) and urobilinogen were raised." @default.
