- W2383685513 abstract "Thermoluminescence (TL), optical absorption, and TL spectra are used to correlate the thermal annealing of Z2 centers with a TL peak occurring around 135 °C in Ca-doped KCl. The TL peak occurring around 210 °C is attributed to the thermal annealing of F centers. The thermal activation energies (E) of the 135 and 210 °C TL peaks, calculated using the first order kinetics formula of Chen are found to be (0.82 ± 0.03) and (0.76 ± 0.04) eV, respectively. It is revealed that (i) Z2 centers are formed along with F centers when the crystal is irradiated around 100 °C, (ii) the additional Z2 centers formed by F-bleaching at 100 °C in the crystal irradiated at the same temperature get destroyed upon reirradiation with X-rays. Thermolumineszenz (TL), optische Absorption und TL-Spektren werden für eine Korrelation der thermischen Tilgung von Z2-Zentren mit einem TL-Maximum verwendet, das bei etwa 135 °C in Ca-dotiertem KCl auftritt. Das TL-Maximum, das bei etwa 210 °C auftritt, wird der thermischen Tilgung von F-Zentren zugeordnet. Es wird gefunden, daß die thermischen Aktivierungsenergien (E) der Maxima bei 135 und 210 °C, berechnet unter Benutzung der Formel von Chen für Kinetik erster Ordnung, (0,82 ± 0,03) bzw. (0,76 ± 0,04) eV betragen. Es wird gefunden, daß (i) die Z2-Zentren zusammen mit F-Zentren gebildet werden, wenn der Kristall bei etwa 100 °C bestrahlt wird, (ii) die zusätzlichen Z2-Zentren, die durch F-Bleichung bei 100 °C im Kristall, der bei der gleichen Temperatur bestrahlt wird, gebildet werden, nech erneuter Bestrahlung mit Röntgenstrahlen getilgt werden." @default.
