- W2384014672 abstract "OBJECTIVE To understand the constitution and drug sensitivity of the pathogens in surgical incision infection, and provide the basis for preventing surgical incision infection.METHODS A total of 91patients with surgical incision infection from Jan.2009to Dec.2011in a hospital of Tangshan were collected, and a retrospective study was conducted on the clinical data of the patients. The diagnostic criteria of patients with incision infection were performed in accordance with the Diagnostic Criteria of Nosocomial Infection,No.2[2001]stipulated by the Ministry of Health. The culture and identification of bacteria were performed in accordance with the National Clinical Laboratory Procedures. The France Bio Merieux fully automatic bacterial identification machine or API bacterial identification strips were applied for the identification of the bacterial species. The K-B testing method was applied for drug sensitivity test, the operation and results were interpreted as the standard recommended by NCCLS 1999.RESULTS A total of 91patients with surgical operation were combined with incision infection, which included 63men and 28women.A total of 103infection case-times occurred.103pathogens were isolated, most of which were gram-negative bacilli, and the constituent ratio was 68.93%,including Pseudomonas aeruginosa(15.53%),Escherichia coli(14.56%),and Klebsiella pneumoniae(10.68%).The constitute ratio of gram-positive bacteria was 23.30%,most of which was Staphylococcus aureus. The constitute ratio of fungi was 7.77%,most of which was Candida albicans(4.85%).P.aeruginosa was mainly sensitive to cefepime, imipenem, amikacin and teicoplanin, and the sensitivity rates were 75.00%,93.75%,75.00%,93.75%,respectively.E.coli was mainly sensitive to cefepime, imipenem and teicoplanin, and the sensitivity rates were 73.33%, 100.00%,93.33%.K.pneumoniae was mainly sensitive to levofloxacin, cefotaxime, ceftriaxone, cefepime, imipenem, amikacin and teicoplanin, and the sensitivity rates were all above 80.00%.Gram-positive cocci were mainly sensitive to Teicoplanin, and the sensitivity rate was 100.0%.Fungi was sensitive to most antifungal drugs. CONCLUSIONSurgical incision infection must be strictly controlled, and the principle of the usage of antimicrobial drugs must be strictly conducted. The misuse of antimicrobial drugs should be avoided." @default.
