- W2384035431 abstract "This paper studied the effect of different amount of water,oil and oxygenated agents such as ethanol added into W/O and O/W/O emulsions on emulsification characteristics.The results show that dif- ferent amount of ethanol and the situation of athanol added into water or oil have large effect on the charac- teristic of W/O and O/W/O emulsions.The ethanol increases the viscosity of W/O emulsion less than 50%, and it increases the viscosity of O/W/O emulsion more than 75%.The ethanol decreases the emulsion activity (EA) of W/O emulsion by 5%～13%,and decreases the EA of O/W/O emulsion nearly 25%.It decreases the emul- sion stability(KS) of W/O emulsion nearly 90%,and decreases the KS of O/W/O emulsion nearly 50%.In the condi- tion of same amount of water and ethanol added,the emulsification stability of O/W/O emulsion is better than that of W/O emulsion." @default.
