- W2384171857 abstract "Objective To study the mechanism of pulmonary lesion in aged rats with cerebral ischemia reperfusion accoreling to the changes of ATP－ ase activity and free radical injury. Methods The young rats (5 months) and the aged rats (20 months or more) were divided into model group and normal control group respectively. Pulmonary histomorpholoical changes, the content of MDA and the changes of activity of SOD and ATP－ ase in rats with 60 minutes reperfusion after 30 minutes global cerebral ischemia were determined. Results Pulmonary pathologic change was obvious both in the young model group(YMG) and the aged model group(AMG), but the change in AMG was more obvious than that in YMG's. The Ca2＋－ ATP－ ase activity of pulmonary tissue in the YMG was higher than that in the YCG and the AMG, but the activity was higher in ACG than that in the YCG and the AMG. Conclusion Pulmonary lesion in aged rats with cerebral ischemia reperfusion was more serious than that in young rats. One of the mechanisms of pulmonary lesion might be related with the decrease of Ca2＋－ ATP－ ase activity and the free radical injury." @default.
