- W2384175661 abstract "Through nearly 50 years of Yanji rainfalls and El Nin～o affect years comparative analysis,I find found that El Nino Phenomenon has great impact on probability of YanJi of drought and Water logging disaster.The influence of El Nino events and the annual precipitation of the impacted years of El Nino in Yanji was significantly related.It indicate that El Nino has a obvious impact on drought and flood disasters of Yanji.Thus,the author to predict the future of one or two major droughts and floods through gray prediction method and Markov forecast,based on nearly 32 precipitation data.Then,through Markov forecast increase the accuracy of short-term results of gray predictions.Finally,the predicted results compared with the international community on the El Nino forecast,and make the relevant judgment and make recommendations." @default.
