- W2384391673 abstract "Objective:To explore the application and application value of three-dimensional ultrasound in diagnosis of fetal scoliosis in the Clinic. Methods:To review the acoustic image performance of the two-dimensional ultrasound(2DUS),the three dimensional ultrasound(3DUS),the corpse X-ray performance after induces labor and the autopsy results or X-ray prenatal of the 3 fetuses diagnosed as scoliosis, summarizes the fetal scoliosis and the related abnormal acoustic image performance. Results:Three fetuses were all induced labor.Three dimensional supersonic acoustic images were more direct-viewing,more accurate than two-dimensional supersonic, and were likely consistent with the corpse X-ray graphs after induces labor, and were consistent with autopsy results.1 fetus at 18 weeks was with thoracolumbar scoliosis, convex to the right, and agenesis of the corpus callosum, gastroschisis, viscera bareness, the horse's hoof club foot.1 fetus at 26 weeks was with lumbar scoliosis, convex to the right, and the rib maldevelopment, single umbilical artery.1 fetus at 32 weeks was with thoracic scoliosis with a rightward convexity, and in front of the cervical vertebra raised, the occipital bone flaw meninx encephalocele, right unilateral kidney, heart anomaly. Conclusion:Fetal scoliosis can be detected by three-dimensional ultrasound,it appears accurate in the diagnosis of scoliosis and congenital the related malformation. The application and application value of three-dimensional ultrasound in diagnosis of fetal scoliosis in the Clinic is very significant." @default.
