- W2384453670 abstract "BACKGROUND To study clinical features of early syphilis.CASE REPORTS The retrospective analysis on 258 cases of early syphilis which collected from section of venereal disease of Affiliated Hospital of Yanbian University,diagnosed between 1998 and 2004 were done.In all cases,cases of primary syphilis was account for 25.58%,and secondary syphilis account for 51.94%,latent syphilis account for 21.32%,early congenital syphilis account for 1.16%.Highly rate of contracting syphilis in age group between 20～39 years old,(mostly) self-(employment,) mostly with educational background of high school graduation.Clinical(manifestation) of primary syphilis were generally featured with indurated chancre,secondary syphilis with rash.DISCUSSION The cases of congenital syphilis and latent syphilis is increasing(annually,) so the serum test should be listed as regular check-up item." @default.
