- W2384502816 abstract "Objective To use the character of velocity vector imaging(VVI) technology is relatively the same as the resting state of normal myocardial segments and ischemic myocardial longitudinal and radial movement characteristics, evaluation VVI technology segments of coronary heart disease clinical value of myocardial contractile function. Methods Thirty healthy volunteers and thirty patients with coronary artery disease were selected, and were divided into the normal group and the myocardial ischemia group. In apical four-chamber views, apical two-chamber views, apical left ventricular long axis views, each of ventricular wall is divided into basal segment, middle segment and apical segment, altogether 3 segments and so on;parasternal short axis views of papillary level, papillary muscle level and nearly apical level, each short axis views level segments were selected also.Quantitative analysis velocity(Vs),strain(e),strain rate(SR) about ischemic segments and normal segments. Results From basal segment to apex, the Vs gradient descent, but the SR and e were the same.Radial velocity, strain rate and strain among the different walls of the left ventricle are the same. When myocardial presented ischemic, lesion segments' VVI values decreased. Conclusion This research indicates that WI can be used as non-invasive diagnosis of coronary artery disease, which can help to identify or exclude the diagnosis of coronary artery disease." @default.
