- W2384530027 abstract "Seedling culture techniques for the production of kelp gametophyte clone were studied in this paper. The experiments proved that the key techniques were flowing water and washing in seedling culture. The main technique indexes were (1) still water was adopted after spatfall, slightly flowing water after 24 hours (superficial flow speed below 5 cm/s) and normal flowing water after 72 hours after seedling adhesion was completed; (2) washing was started at the pressure of 0.5 kg/cm~2 as gamobiums grew to 8～16 rows, and washing strength and times were increased gradually along with the growth of gamobiums and rising of their adhedion. The results showed that the techniques could increase gametophyte adhesion rate by over 80%, made the seedlings stronger and the germination quality reach state standard of Class Ⅰ. The growth speed of clone adhesion (8~16 rows) was about 20 days faster than that of normal sporophyte seedling adhesion. The main economic status of two large sporophytes of clone seedling culture and sporophyte seeding culture were statistically analyzed.
