- W2384531150 abstract "Objective To explore the status of senior professional title nurses' career plateau,and analyze the influence of career plateau on job satisfaction and job performance.Method Totally,136 senior professional title nurses were investigated with career plateau questionnaire,job satisfaction scale and job performance scale.Result The average score of career plateau of senior professional title nurses was(3.21 ± 0.26),which was at a medium level.Age and position of senior professional title nurses were the influencing factors of career plateau(P 0.01).The level plateau and the content plateau were the influencing factors of job satisfaction(P 0.05),the level and content of the plateau were the influencing factors of job performance(P 0.01 or P 0.05),the exogenous job satisfaction was the influencing factor of job performance(P 0.01).Conclusion Senior professional title nurses' career plateau cannot be ignored,and hospitals and managers should take measures to reduce its negative impact,and improve nurses' job satisfaction and job performance." @default.
