- W2384610042 abstract "Objective To investigate the differences in behaviors between children with hematological tumor and healthy children , and to evaluate the psychological interventions. Methods The behaviors of 57 children with hematological tumor aged 6～11 years and 62 healthy children were measured by means of CBCL (Child Behavior Checklist) scales. After psychological interventions of 3～4 months, the effects were evaluated in children with hematological tumor. Results Behavior problems were more prevalent in the tumor group. The prevalence of behavior problem was 21.1%. The abnormal behavior in the boys mainly included social problems , somatic complaints and delinquent behavior . While in the girls were depressed and social withdraw. Psychological interventions as well as chemotherapy have beneficial effects on controling behavior problems in the tumor group. Conclusion Children with hematological tumor contribute to the development of behavior problems. Psychological interventions in children with hematological tumor have many positive effects on improving life quality." @default.
