- W2384643588 abstract "Objective To analyse the incidence of disease,clinical characteristics,the diagnosis of iconography and the cause of misdiagnosis Methods The clinical data of 82 cerebellar stroke cases in our hospital were reviewed.There are 45 cerebellar hemorrhage cases and 37 cerebellar infarction cases in this grop,including 59 males and 23 females,aged 40￣88.They were all diagnosised by CT or MRI,and the clinical symptoms,signs and iconography diagnosis were analysed.Result The main manifestations of cerebellar stroke are acute dizziness,headache and vomit.They were always disdiagnosised as vertebral-basilar artery TIA,neck’s dizzness,dizzy symptom,meniere disease.The disdiagnosis rate is 14.6%.CT is influenced by bone structures of posterior cranial fossa,so it is limit to cerebellar stroke diagnoss.MRI is the strong means to diagnose cerebellar stroke.38 cerebellar hemor-rhage cases accepted medical treatment,36 cases took a turn for the better,2 cases died.7 cases accepted surgical treat,5 cases took a turn for the better,2 cases died.32 cerebellar infarction cases accepted medical treatment,31 cases took a turn for the better,1 cases died,4 cases accepted surgical treatment,2 cases took a turn for the better,2 cases died.Conclusion The clinical manifestation of cerebellar stroke isn’t typical and much easy to disdiagnosis.We must take CT or MRI early for helping diagnosis and to reduce mortality rate." @default.
