- W2384654407 abstract "Objective To observe the outcome of application filter test combining with dismantled suture in estimating and controlling the postoperational filtering outflow,and avoiding from shallow anterior chamber in trabeculectomy.Methods 113 eyes of 92 cases of primary open angle glaucoma(POAG),the location and number of either fixed suture or dismantled suture were decided by the filtering outflow.Take out the dismantled suture within 1～7days after operation.Review the suturing types and number,the postoperational depth of anterior chamber,intraocular pressure(IOP),filtering blebs and visual fields.Results 40 eyes (35 40%) were in one fixed suture and 1～2 dismantled suture,51 eyes were (45 14%) in 2 fixed suture and 1～2 dismantled suture.No constant shallow anterior chamber appeared.The average IOP was 13 5±3 30mmHg in the 7th day after operation.During the follow up 6～24 months,functional bulbs were formed in 89 eyes (78 76%),IOP21mmHg 91 eyes(80 53%),98 eyes (86 73%) had no visual fields variations.Conclusions Trabeculectomy with fixed suture and dismantled suture is useful for estimating and controlling postoperational filtering outflow effectively,avoiding from shallow anterior chamber." @default.
