- W2384817762 abstract "Objective: To evaluate the effect of Tianhuang Granule on acute cerebral hemorrhage injury based on expression of inflammatory factor in rat model(IL-1,IL-6,TNF-α). Methods: Healthy male wistar rats were randomly divided into model group,traditional Chinese medicine group,Western medicine group,Chinese and Western medicine group,and Saline group. Build cerebral hemorrhage rat model. The model group was only given water regularly and the other groups were given traditional Chinese medicine,western medicine,Chinese and western medicine and saline lavage respectively,equivalent of human dose. Rats′ behaviors and neurological functions were observed and evaluated after waking 0 h(immediate),6 h,24 h,48 h and 72 h. Then the brain and determine inflammatory cytokines IL-1,IL 6 and TNF-alpha. Results: 1.Zea-Longa score: compared with model group,the score of saline group was similar;scores of traditional Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group decreased while the score of Chinese and Western medicine group decreased most obviously. 2.IL-6,IL-1,TNF data: compared with 0 time,model group,the Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group had statistical significance in 6 h,24 h,and 48 h. IL-6,IL-1 index in western medicine group had no statistical significance in 72 h. Compared with control group,most treatment groups have statistical significance. TNF index in Chinese and western medicine group in 48h and 72 h had no statistical significance,compared with saline group,most of the treatment group has statistical significance. Conclusion: 1.Tianhuang granule has inhibiting effect on inflammatory cytokines in rats with cerebral hemorrhage,but the onset time is slow,mainly after 6 h. 2.The inhibiting effects in traditional Chinese medicine group and in western medicine group are almost the same in each period after 24 h. 3.Inflammatory cytokines inhibiting effect in Chinese and western medicine group is superior to that of traditional Chinese medicine group and western medicine group. Tianhuang granule can effectively reduce the expression of inflammatory cytokines in rats with cerebral hemorrhage and protect the brain." @default.
